By downloading or using the "Hoffman Anesthesia" app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate the app into other languages, or create derivative versions of it. The app itself, and all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Hoffman Anesthesia Solutions, L.L.C.

Our Commitment

Hoffman Anesthesia Solutions, L.L.C. is committed to ensuring that the Hoffman Anesthesia app is as useful, accurate, and efficient as possible for anesthesia professionals and students. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you are paying for.

Subscription

The Hoffman Anesthesia app operates as a subscription service, meaning you pay to access content and resources within the app for a defined period of time. A monthly or annual subscription purchase will be applied to your iTunes or Google Play account at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can cancel at any time through your iTunes or Google Play account settings.

Your payment method will be charged at the beginning of each subscription period.

To cancel a subscription, please do so through your platform: Apple Support or Google Play Support.

ALL PURCHASES, INCLUDING RECURRING CHARGES, ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Personal Data & Privacy

The Hoffman Anesthesia app stores and processes personal data that you provide to us in order to deliver our service. It is your responsibility to keep your device and access to the app secure. The app may require the transmission of information provided by you — including usernames, passwords, your name, email address, professional role, and payment information — in order to register and operate your account. By using the app, you consent to the transmission of your information to Hoffman Anesthesia Solutions, L.L.C. and its authorized agents. Your information will be stored in an encrypted format on your device and on our secure servers.

Educational Use & Limitations of Liability

The content provided within the Hoffman Anesthesia app is intended solely for educational and informational purposes for licensed anesthesia providers and anesthesia students. It is not intended to replace the professional clinical judgment of a qualified provider. Hoffman Anesthesia Solutions, L.L.C. accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, experienced as a result of relying solely on the information provided within the app.

App Updates & Termination

We may update the Hoffman Anesthesia app from time to time. We do not guarantee that the app will always be compatible with every device OS version; however, you agree to accept updates when offered. We also reserve the right to discontinue the app at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will end.

Your Data Rights

You have the right to request the update, correction, or deletion of your personally identifiable information. Users may delete their own account directly within the app. To protect your privacy and security, we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access.
